Product Description:

Wintergreen oil is traditionally extracted from the leaves of the wintergreen plant. Wintergreen and its oil have been used in topical analgesic and rubefacient preparations for the treatment of muscular and rheumatic pain.

Other than aromatherapy, dilute with a carrier oil.

Test on a small area on your skin before using and if there is no adverse reaction you can continue to use the product.

How to use it:

For topical use only, need to be diluted with a carrier oil before use.

Add few drops massaged into the skin for pain related muscle, neck, back to rub the part that is needed and massage.  

Cold, Flu, Congestion - combine with with coconut oil, rub them into chest and upper back as vapor rub. nausea, cramp, bloating - mix and rub a few drops over abdomen, stomach and lower back to improve blood flow.

Note & Precautions: This product is for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If this happens, rinse thoroughly with water. Avoid contact with wounds and injuries on the skin.
