Termsand Conditions of our Return Policy:
1.We do not accept any return and refund on products sold, but on one exception where we will gladly accept returns for any wrongly sent items or defective items that are reported 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
2.The Company reserves the right to reject unreasonable return.
3.Any returned items will need to be returned as sent in the same condition you received it the original box and / or packaging.
4.Replacement will only be issued if the product returned are not used or altered.
5.Please contact us and send proof of defective or wrongly sent items using pictures attachment to our email upon receipt of items.
Any returns need to include order number, contact number, product to return or exchange, and reason for return or exchange.
6.Delivery cost of return due to our mistake or error will be borne by our Company.
7.Any returns must be sent by a reliable and traceable shipping methods. We are not responsible to refund any untraceable returned item. Please provide the tracking number of the return postage by email to us for tracking purposes.
8.Necessary inspection will be performed on the return or exchange request. Once validated and approved, your refund or replacement will be processed and we shall contact you to arrange for refund or replacement.
9.Kindly take note that refunds process generally takes 7 to 14 working days. Please note that we DO NOT accept returns of items that shown sign of use or opened.
